Pete Agostino. Portrait, Anderson, Agostino & Keller, P.C.
This file is built from the government's own records and the public paper of a forty-year legal career: council minutes, Public Access Counselor opinions, published court opinions and dockets, a school board's hiring record, the state audit reports of that board's district, federal campaign filings, and one eight-minute email exchange. Where a record makes a point, this file prints the record. Where a claim rests on one man's recorded account, this file labels it that, every time. Where the record has not been produced yet, this file says so and names the pull that settles it.
One boundary governs everything below. This file describes Pete Agostino's documented actions and public paper only. It does not speculate about the private advice a lawyer gives a client beyond what a document, a minute, or a tape itself shows. And it prints what the record shows in his favor, in its own section, in full: no disciplinary action against him has been located anywhere, and no authority has found that he did anything improper, including in the meeting at the center of §03.

Every file in this series is built the same way: public records, exhibited in full, and nothing in them that the paper does not say. Finish one file, and the next is waiting — the loop does not close.

THE NIKKI LOPEZ FILE
Found dead at 32, her death labeled a “DOA Natural Death” by 5:36 that morning. When the Cass County Prosecutor finally answered in writing, she said no law enforcement agency had ever contacted her office about the death. Her file holds her photographs, her family’s home videos, and every official answer, silence, and contradiction — in one place that cannot be buried.
